Fairbanks Parking Garage Special Purpose GOAL Rounds

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) currently owns a parking garage in downtown Fairbanks. Through this NOFA, AHFC intends to make this property and development resources available to applicants who facilitate new mixed-income housing opportunities for families in Fairbanks.

Applying for GOAL funding is a sequential 2-step process. Applicants must (1) register their intent to apply to receive access to the online application system, (2) submit an application using the online application system.

• Step (1): Submit an Intent to Apply by 5:00 p.m. (Alaska time) on March 13, 2026.
• Step (2): Applications are due through the online application system by 5:00 p.m. (Alaska time) on May 15, 2026.
