Grants
Alaska Housing Finance Corporation offers a variety of grant programs to ensure that Alaskans have access to safe, quality, affordable housing.
Helping You Provide Housing for All Alaskans
Many of these grants help local governments, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, housing authorities, tribal organizations and housing developers provide specialized housing for Alaskans who are facing circumstances that may make finding a suitable home difficult.
Creating Stable Neighborhoods
Other grants focus on stabilizing the overall neighborhood by removing blight or rehabilitating eligible public properties.
Supporting Individuals in Homeownership
Some grants are even available to individuals directly to help them maintain their current home, upgrade it to suit their special needs, weatherize it so they can enjoy energy savings, purchase a home or even advance their education to increase their future income potential.
In this section you'll find information about all of these grants along with forms and instructions for applying.
