Lands to Housing Catalyst Program Seward

Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) owns a 0.33-acre vacant property in Seward. This property was acquired for the purpose of building long-term housing solutions for residents of Seward. Through the Lands to Housing Catalyst (LHC), AHFC is making this property available to housing developers that commit to building new housing that serves the year-round housing needs of Alaskans living in Seward. New housing units built are intended to be achievable for working households in Seward to rent or purchase.

Applying for property is a sequential 2-step process. Applicants must (1) register their intent to apply to receive access to the online application system, (2) submit an application using the online application system.

Step (1): Submit an Intent to Apply by 5:00 p.m. (Alaska time) on November 6, 2026.

Step (2): Applications are due through the online application system by 5:00 p.m. (Alaska time) on January 22, 2027.
