While addressing the safety and health of the people in the communities we serve due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), AHFC continues to solicit vendors for work scheduled for 2020 statewide. Scheduled work may be delayed but AHFC is putting contracts in place so that work may resume with as little delay as possible once normal operations resume.
For our suppliers, vendors, and contractors, our focus on resident and staff safety includes locking all of our buildings to public access. We have suspended access for contractors that requires occupied unit entry but scopes that are in common spaces or outdoors can still be performed.
If you choose to continue with work at our properties, you must follow CDC guidelines and state and local mandates to practice safe social distancing, exercise proper hygiene protocols, and do not send workers who are or appear sick to AHFC properties.
For actions that include annual renewal inspections or system certification requirements, contact the local or state office that is the authority having jurisdiction and request time extensions due to the public health crisis. If non-emergent contracts are causing undue stress, please reach out to your project coordinator for guidance or more information.
If you have questions, we are responding by email or phone during regular business hours.
