AHFC interest rates are posted daily Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. Rates are valid each business day up to until 10pm, after which they should not be relied upon for reservation until new rates are posted. Homebuyers interested in applying for financing should contact an AHFC approved lender for loan qualification and for Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) information. 6 Balloon program features a fixed term of 10 years with 30-year amortizations.
Additional rate reductions are available for low to moderate income borrowers and for properties meeting certain energy efficiency criteria.
