AHFC interest rates are posted daily Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. Rates are valid each business day up to until 10pm, after which they should not be relied upon for reservation until new rates are posted. Homebuyers interested in applying for financing should contact an AHFC approved lender for loan qualification and for Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) information. AHFC does not offer direct lending on single family loan programs. This is not an advertisement for credit as defined in Regulation Z, and these rates are posted for informational purposes only.

2 Streamline refinances under First Home Limited, Veterans First Home Limited and Veterans Mortgage Program will receive their program rate plus 0.250%.
3 Streamline refinances under My Home, First Home, Rural Owner Occupied, Rural Non-Owner Occupied and Uniquely Alaskan will receive their program rate plus 0.125%.
4 Program rates for Rural Owner Occupied and Rural Non-Owner Occupied are applied to the first $250,000 only with the remaining balance at their program rate plus 1.000%.
Additional rate reductions are available for low- to moderate-income borrowers and for properties meeting certain energy efficiency criteria. It is the Seller's responsibility to apply the appropriate interest rate based on loan amount.
