My Home

My Home is available statewide for Alaska borrowers or properties not meeting the particular requirements of other Alaska Housing programs. This program provides an Alaska Housing mortgage at a competitive interest rate for those Alaska borrowers whose income may exceed the limits under other Alaska Housing loans.

Borrowers and properties must meet Alaska Housing's general financing requirements. There are no program-specific criteria.
