AHFC no longer has a minimum square footage requirement with the exception of manufactured homes.

AHFC no longer has a minimum size or living area requirement for any new or existing properties, with the exception of Manufactured Homes.  (See Section 5007). The dwelling should have sufficient living area that is acceptable to typical purchasers or tenants in the subject market area.

The 600 square foot minimum requirement has been removed.
