Escrow Holdback Agreement for Service-Released Lenders
(Section 2001.01, Section 2001.07.C.5d, Section 2001.07.7, Section 2001.07.D, Section 8001.02.B.4, Section 9001.06.A&B) 

An Escrow Holdback Agreement (PUR-83) has been created for use by our Service-Released lending partners, and lenders are expected to use this form going forward.  If a lender wishes to use an alternate agreement, it must be submitted to us for review and approval prior to loan closing.
