Home Energy Rating Certificate
(Form PUR-101)

AHFCs Board of Directors adopted new building codes on February 24, 2016. As a result, the documentation to certify compliance with BEES (AHFC Form PUR-101) has been amended. The existing PUR-101 will be replaced, effective no later than April 1, 2016, by a new PUR-101 that will be produced by the energy rater via the AKWARM software.

For your information, we have attached an example of the new PUR-101 form entitled Home Energy Rating Certificate. Also attached is an example of the Energy Cost and Features Report. This report is a supplement that may accompany the new PUR-101 form, so it is important to note that only the PUR-101 form should be recorded. The Energy Cost and Features Report should not be recorded and AHFC Lenders are not required to review or consider information in this report or other supplemental attachments to the PUR-101.
