Helping people purchase their first home or invest in real estate is an honor and a joy. I launched my mortgage career in 1983. Over the years, I've worn many hats including processor, underwriter, and closer. As an originator, I've been a consistent Top Producer and am the only Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) in Alaska, as well as a recipient of the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Profession Award. A Certified Instructor with the State of Alaska, I started my continuing education instruction by offering a Dinner Party Workshop Credit Scoring Tips and continue to offer a variety of continuing education classes statewide. In 2016 I toured with the CMPS Top Producer Round Table as 1 of 9 speakers, in 2015 I was a featured speaker at the Mortgage Star Conference in Utah, and also was featured in Reinventing the Heel, by Karen Deis. I'm also a regular guest on Radio Realty. There is no other state that I would rather call home than Alaska. I enjoy fishing, fishing, and fishing, and have been known to fish every once in a while. I'm also the hostess with the mostest, and like throwing themed parties at my home. My most treasured pastime is family time; I'm blessed with 7 beautiful children and 8 adorable grandchildren.
