I am a lifelong Alaskan, married and proud father of one daughter, and have been assisting borrowers with their financing needs for over 28 years. In today's ever-changing mortgage market, experience matters and can make a significant difference in your home financing journey.

I specialize in Conventional (Fannie and Freddie), FHA, VA, Alaska Housing, and HUD184 along with Reverse (Flex) mortgages for clients over the age of 62.

Communication is key to customer experience and I believe in giving weekly updates and any time a major milestone has been reached. To enhance the communication, I am available after hours and on weekends. My goal is to make sure customers are comfortable and understand all the steps throughout the loan process.

Why AHFC?

AHFC often offers extremely competitive interest rates without penalizing a borrower due to credit score. They also understand Alaska and the uniqueness of Alaskans, offering more flexibility in approving a borrower who may not meet a national program's rules. If a borrower doesn't quite fit the box, AHFC has underwriters we can reach out to and bounce idea's off of, and depending on the circumstances can find a solution to get the borrower into a home. Many out of state lenders and even a few local lenders can't do AHFC loans and it can be a huge advantage to be able to offer their unique programs. Being a lifelong Alaskan I also value supporting a local organization.
