Norton Gregory

Norton Gregory is a Mortgage Loan Officer with Cornerstone Home Lending and a lifelong advocate for expanding housing opportunities throughout Alaska. Before entering mortgage lending, he spent more than 13 years with the Tlingit and Haida Regional Housing Authority, helping families, seniors, and veterans access safe, affordable housing.

A lifelong Alaskan, Norton has dedicated his career to strengthening communities through housing and public service. He has served as Chair of the Juneau Affordable Housing Commission, a member of the Juneau Assembly, and in leadership roles with organizations including Southeast Alaska Independent Living (SAIL), AWARE, and the Teal Street Center. He also helped shape Juneau's Housing Action Plan and has advocated for housing initiatives at both the local and state levels.

Today, Norton combines his extensive housing experience with personalized mortgage guidance to help individuals and families achieve homeownership. He is committed to making the home financing process clear, responsive, and centered on each client's long-term goals.
