Nicole Akers

Born and raised in Alaska, I have a passion to help my fellow Alaskans reach their dream of homeownership. As a Yupik Eskimo I especially enjoy working with other Alaska Natives to help them take advantage of HUD 184 loans which are designed to facilitate homeownership in Native American Communities.

I started my career in mortgage lending while studying finance at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and with now over 14 years of service to Residential Mortgage, I am an experienced guide, able to lead you through your home purchase or refinance process.

I have the dedication and determination of a long distance runner because that is what I am, and what I love. My work is second only to my commitment to family and my community.
