With over three decades of lending experience in Alaska, Kelli has built a distinguished career in the field of real estate – Residential Mortgage Lending, Real Estate Investment, Residential New Construction, and American Land Title Association. Moving to Alaska 30 years ago, she embraced the rugged beauty of the state and quickly established herself as a trusted professional within the real estate and finance industries. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree, is a Dave Ramsey – Financial Peace University certified facilitator, and is licensed and certified in just about everything related to her industry. After living abroad, she also speaks Spanish and French (although a bit rusty in both). Aside from owning the Mortgage Company, Kelli owns and manages her own Real Estate Portfolio of over 25 units.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kelli is a passionate outdoors enthusiast. Once an avid fisherman with a strong love for the sport, hunting now shares equal importance in her recreational activities. Whether it's snow machining through Alaska’s backcountry, skiing the breathtaking slopes, or hiking through the truly Alaskan “Wild”erness Kelli thrives in the great outdoors. Alongside these pursuits, her four Large Munsterlander bird dogs are constant companions, providing companionship and exploring the land or participating in ALL water sports at the family cabin on Crooked Lake. EVERY household member adores water-based activities! A foodie at heart, she also relishes exploring Alaska's finest dining establishments, savoring every unique culinary experience the state has to offer.
