In 1999 Cathy was a struggling single mom, five years out of bankruptcy, and homeless. Thankfully a thoughtful Mortgage Professional took the time to work with Cathy in an effort to rebuild her credit and leverage the available loan programs and down payment assistance programs.

Ultimately Cathy was able to successfully buy a home in 2000. That initial home buying experience demonstrated to Cathy first hand the power that home ownership has to improve lives and build wealth.

Since that time, Cathy has gone on to establish a successful 20 plus year career in the real estate industry as both a Senior Loan Officer and and a Real Estate Investor. She now owns several rental properties and recently received the Juneau Empire’s Reader’s Choice Award for Best Loan Originator in Juneau. She has a passion for helping First Time Home Buyers and people who are working through credit challenges.
