If you are wondering if your apartment or rental is covered under the CARES Act eviction moratorium, you can use the link below to search for FHA-insured or Multifamily Assisted properties on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) website.

On Monday, June 15 2020, HUD's Multifamily Housing Office made an announcement that they have made a new online search tool available to residents and families of Multifamily Properties. This tool helps users figure out if their property is covered under the CARES Act for the eviction moratorium. Section 8, Section 202, and Section 811 properties are included.
