The public is invited to participate and comment on the State of Alaska’s Homeownership Assistance Fund (HAF) plan. The HAF program was established as part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to mitigate financial hardships associated with the coronavirus pandemic by providing funds to help prevent homeowner mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities, and displacements of homeowners experiencing financial hardship after January 21, 2020.
As part of the planning process, AHFC is conducting a public hearing to collect comments and answer questions about the HAF Plan.
The online public hearing will be held:
Tuesday, September 21, 2021, 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
