Sponsor-Based Rental Assistance Program - Housing Assistance for Homeless Youth with Supportive Services
Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking information from qualified organizations that provide supportive services for homeless youth. AHFC intends to provide sponsor-based rental assistance to a minimum of ten (10) units with a maximum of twenty (20) units for an initial term of three (3) years. Youth served under this program will need to meet very-low income limits (50 percent of area median income).

Looking For Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Section 3 Businesses
In order to comply with requirements, Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) will be establishing a Business Registry listing all qualified businesses with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Women-Owned Enterprises (WBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Section 3 businesses to bid on a variety of future maintenance-related work at AHFC projects statewide.
