Alaska Housing Finance Corporation Resolutions

The public is invited to participate and comment on the proposed Regulation amendments listed below. 

The purpose for the amendments is to increase the loan approval threshold requiring approval by AHFC’s Board of Directors.

The public hearing will be held:

Friday, November 7, 2025 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
