Senior Support

AHFC is focused on ensuring Alaska's seniors have access to affordable and accessible homes and supportive services. We work with Alaska's Commission on Aging to offer research, information and solutions to provide the best housing options and support for aging Alaskans across the state.

Older Alaskans Housing Needs Survey (Closed June 30, 2026)

AHFC recently conducted the Older Alaskans Housing Needs Survey to gather information about the resources, supports and investments needed for affordable and accessible housing options for Alaskans 55 years or older. The survey closed on June 30, 2026 and results from this study will be published in the 2026 Alaska Housing Assessment.
