Rent Relief Timeline in News Releases

• March 2021: AHFC announced that housing relief would be available as a result of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
• August 2021: Rent Relief hit a $100 million milestone.
• September 2021: A second round of assistance was announced.
• December 2021: Alaska Housing Rent Relief, in coordination with the Alaska Courts, helped to keep evictions down during the pandemic.
