Notice of AHFC Video Production Activity

AHFC is creating new video content to showcase the housing, communities and facilities that are part of AHFC's statewide mission. The footage may be used in AHFC communications, presentations, websites, social media and other public information materials. The primary focus will be AHFC properties and facilities.

What AHFC Will Film

AHFC will be capturing aerial and exterior video of AHFC facilities and housing communities. You may see or hear a drone operating outdoors as it films. Do not interfere with the drone operation and avoid creating unnecessary congestion around filming areas, which will include: 

  • AHFC buildings
  • Housing communities
  • Exterior spaces
  • Facilities and landscapes

Who Will Be Filming

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is AHFC using a drone?

To capture aerial and exterior footage of AHFC facilities and housing communities for communications and storytelling purposes.

Will the drone film inside my home?

No. The drone will be used for exterior/aerial footage. It is not being used to film inside residents' homes.

Will residents be filmed?

The production team will focus primarily on AHFC buildings, grounds and community environments. 

Will the drone be flying directly over people?

AHFC and its licensed drone operator have established safe operating procedures that comply with applicable FAA requirements and the vendor's operating authorization.
