If you currently certified or will be certified by the training dates to sign off on new home construction PUR-102’s this training will be required. Due to the this change in requirements AHFC is offering this training for FREE to all inspectors that will be signing off on homes with potential of AHFC financing. Class also available for Authorities Having Jurisdiction that are interested in it for purely informative purposes. Invitation only.
