Homeownership Development Program
In efforts to expand the reach and positive impact of the Homeownership Development Program (HDP), Alaska Housing Finance Corporation requests information concerning Minimum Standards, Project Design, and general requirements of the program which may present barriers for Potential Applicants and Grant Awardees.
The purpose of the Program is to expand the supply of decent, safe and sanitary housing with improved or new affordability for lower-income persons and families. Respondents are encouraged to provide details regarding the potential barrier, including identification of specific items of concern, the cause for the concern, and, preferably, proposed modification(s).
For inclusion in the consideration set, responses must be submitted via email to the HOME Program Manager, email@example.com, no later than 4:30 PM AKST on Friday, October 27, 2017.
Please provide concise statements regarding the concern, limiting unnecessary detail and description so as to allow ample time and consideration of all submissions. AHFC may contact respondents for additional information as deemed necessary to fully evaluate the provided information. Looking For Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Section 3 Businesses
In order to comply with requirements, Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) will be establishing a Business Registry listing all qualified businesses with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Section 3 businesses to bid on a variety of future maintenance-related, statewide AHFC projects.
