Amendments to 15 AAC 150.210 Appeal for Reconsideration

The public is invited to participate and comment on the proposed amendments to 15 AAC 150.210 authorized by AHFC Board Resolution #17-05. The purpose of the amendment is to clarify the public appeal process and streamline the appeal through the Executive Director. Currently the public’s right to procedural due process with a loan determination is protected through the right to appeal a determination made by AHFC, with the process established in Regulations (15 AAC 150.210).

The public hearing was held on April 19, 2017.

AHFC complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids or special modifications to participate in the public meeting should call Rich McKinstry at 907-330-8438. Requests for the April 19 hearing should be made no later than April 17, 2016.

Amendments to 15 AAC 151.600(a) Nonconforming Housing Program

The public is invited to participate and comment on the proposed amendments to 15 AAC 151.600(a) authorized by AHFC Board Resolution #17-06. The purpose of the amendment is to allow AHFC to make or participate in the making of a loan meeting the requirements of the nonconforming loan program. Currently AHFC is required to purchase a loan to utilize the non-conforming loan program, precluding its use for the Home Opportunity Program (HOP).

The public hearing was held April 20, 2017.
