Whispering Winds Senior Apartments, New Construction of Low-Income Rental Housing, Palmer

Alaska Housing Finance Corporation on behalf of the State of Alaska proposes to request the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to release Federal funds under the Home Investment Partnerships Program for the following project:

Whispering Winds Senior Apartments, New Construction of Low-Income Rental Housing, City of Palmer, Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska, with an estimated cost of $9,823,850.

Crane Hill Apartments, New Construction of Low-Income Rental Housing, Homer, Alaska, $1,690,000

AHFC proposes to request the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to release Federal funds under the Home Investment Partnerships Program for the following project: Crane Hill Apartments, New Construction of Low-Income Rental Housing, in Homer, Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska, with an estimated project cost of $1,690,000

It has been determined that such requests for release of funds will not constitute an action significantly effecting the quality of the human environment.

All interested agencies, groups and persons disagreeing with this Finding of No Significant Impact decision are invited to submit written comments for consideration by the Corporation on behalf of the State of Alaska to the Planning Department.
