Reporting Sale Results to AHFC

This memo is to provide clarification that AHFC no longer requires Servicers to report sales results (Foreclosures, Deed-in-lieu, or Presales) by 3pm on the day of the sale. This guide change was effective with the Seller/Servicer Memorandum 22-07, July 27, 2022.

The Servicing Guide now reads that the sales results must be reported on the day of the sale.
