PUR-103 Update/Clarification 

The following note has been added to Section 7011 – PUR-103 Option.  

Note: If a home inspection is being completed, all health and safety items must be 
    completed.  AHFC may require other items to be completed; e.g, a repair that 
    references water and/or leaks, exterior paint, etc. Please reach out to AHFC’s 
    underwriting department if you have questions regarding repairs that may be 
    required. 

The PUR-103 has also been updated referencing this section of the guide.
