Home Opportunity Program (HOP)
The HOP program provides down payment and closing cost assistance to low-income individuals and families who are trying to purchase a home.
The funds are made available through nonprofit intermediaries who administer programs in the major urban areas of Alaska. Please contact the agency that serves your community to see if you qualify for the program.
Grant Funding Availability
The grant funding available for SFY2017 is $1,400,000 which includes $1,250,000 of project funds and $150,000 in admin funds.
Registration is currently open. Please submit a registration form to firstname.lastname@example.org via email no later than 4:30PM (Anchorage time) on January 25, 2017 to apply. Registration forms received after the deadline will not be eligible to apply. Successful registrants will receive access to the application through an online system. Registration forms can be found below.
