The Energy Programs Receptionist
This is the first point of contact for all Energy Program questions, including the Homer Energy Rebate Program. All incoming energy program calls and walk-ins are directed to the Energy Programs Receptionist. Direct customers with any program questions to the Energy Programs Receptionist.
- The Energy Programs Receptionist is at the front desk of our reception area at 4300 Boniface Parkway in Anchorage.
Questions that the Energy Programs Receptionist cannot answer are forwarded to the appropriate staff member.
EXCEPTION: To request an energy rating, or get on the Home Energy Rebate waitlist, callers are directed to the AK Rebate Call Center at 877-257-3228 or https://akrebate.ahfc.us/.
RIC Energy information Specialist
Betty Hall is our Energy information Specialist at AHFC's Resource Information Center (RIC). Betty is a great resource for homeowners on weatherization and current technologies for energy efficiency. Even though the RIC is located in Anchorage, there are a number of resources available through it online, including videos.
- Betty and the RIC are on the main floor of 4300 Boniface Parkway in Anchorage.
