By taking advantage of the Renovation Programs offered through AHFC, our members may include up to $75,000 for improvements in their home financing. This gives homeowners the opportunity to update their home giving it a fresh facelift through a refinance. It also creates more purchasing opportunities by giving homebuyers the option to buy a home that may need a little love to turn it into their dream home.
