Katie Sindorf

Since starting in the lending industry in 2012, I’ve worked through nearly every role within the mortgage process, having the privilege of helping countless individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. My passion is guiding my community through every stage of the homeownership experience—from the first idea of buying a home, to the closing process, and beyond, as they continue building memories in their new space. I understand that navigating a mortgage can feel overwhelming, so I aim to make the process as smooth as possible, allowing clients to focus on the excitement and joys of homeownership. I believe that meaningful connections and clear communication are essential, and I’m committed to being there for my clients long after they’ve received their keys.

Outside of work, I embrace the beautiful chaos of raising three young children and being the wife of a slope worker. Through all the seasons of Alaska, you’ll find us embracing all the outdoor adventures and the wonderful opportunities Alaska has to offer. With a balance of work and family life, I nurture my personal growth and well-being while helping others achieve their dreams, as there’s nothing more rewarding than being part of someone’s journey to success and watching them fulfill their dreams.
